- Pre-Development Stage: If a project has not yet started (i.e., development has not begun), you may be eligible for a full refund of any upfront payments made.
- Post-Development Stage: Once the development process has begun or services have been delivered, refunds will not be granted. This is because our team invests significant time and resources into each project from the start.
- Custom Projects: For custom services, including app development or other tailored solutions, no refunds are provided after work has commenced.
2. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the conditions specified above, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to contact@rmdevhub.com detailing your refund request, including the reason for your request and the project or service it pertains to.
- Review: We will review your request and determine whether it meets the criteria for a refund based on the terms outlined in this policy.
- Approval or Denial: We will respond within 7 business days, either approving or denying your refund request. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
3. Cancellation of Services
If you wish to cancel your project or services before completion, you must notify us in writing (via email) at least 7 days prior to your scheduled project start date. If the cancellation is made after work has commenced, the following terms apply:
- Partial Work Completed: If part of the project has been completed, you will be invoiced for the portion of work completed up to the point of cancellation.
- No Refunds for Cancelled Projects After Development Has Started: As mentioned, once development or services have started, we do not provide refunds.
4. Force Majeure
If we are unable to complete your project or deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, acts of government, war, or other force majeure events, we will work with you to reschedule or offer alternative solutions. Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.
5. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding a refund or cancellation, we will attempt to resolve the issue through communication and mutual understanding. If the issue cannot be resolved through negotiation, we will consider mediation or other dispute resolution processes, as per the governing laws in our agreement.
